Joint conformal reference intervals for multi-endpoint radiotherapy plan quality assurance: data, protocols, results and code (v1.0)

De-identified analysis tables, internally prespecified protocols, hash-locked lock files, selection and confirmation results, and analysis code for a study of joint split-conformal reference intervals for six dose-volume endpoints of esophageal IMRT plans from seven institutions. Includes three locked experiments (calibration design, distance-to-target covariates, planning-practice covariates), finite-pool decomposition and external evaluation outputs. Source DICOM data are not included.
