AFM research paper: data and scripts for "When do clouds and aerosols lead to higher canopy photosynthesis?"

Dear reader,

In this repository you will find all observational data, models, and scripts used in the analysis of van Diepen et al. (2025): "When do clouds and aerosols lead to higher canopy photosynthesis?". Please open the “readme.txt” file for an overview and description of the repository files. Most of the observational data is located in the database of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft-funded Transregional Collaborative Research Centre 32 (TR32). All TR32 data creators have approved of placing their data in this open-access repository. The scripts used in the analysis, with one exception, are created in MATLAB2020b.
