资源简介:
The research objective of transcriptomic analysis of Betula platyphylla under salt stress is to identify key differentially expressed genes involved in the salt stress response by comparing gene expression differences between normal growth conditions and salt stress conditions. These genes may be related to processes such as ion balance, osmotic regulation, antioxidant defense, and signal transduction. Studying the expression patterns and functions of these genes will not only help to understand the molecular response mechanisms of Betula platyphylla to salt stress but also provide molecular markers and gene resources for breeding salt-tolerant crops. This can enhance the sustainability of agricultural production and the utilization efficiency of saline-alkali land. Furthermore, this research may reveal general adaptation mechanisms of plants to environmental stress, with broad ecological and agricultural applications.
