Transcriptomics of PBMC from women with PCOS

PCOS is a condition that affects a large proportion of women and is associated with impared fertility and metabolism. Here, we explore gene expression changes in these women using PBMC as marker cells. Overall design: We obtained total RNA from peripheral blood mononuclear cells from control women and women with PCOS. We further divided each group based on the use of oral contraceptives.
