Dataset of in-situ water measurements of physicochemical parameters within the coastal lagoon of Bahía de Agiabampo, Sonora, México.

The present database consists of generating a database in order to evaluate the spatio-temporal variations in hydrological and physicochemical conditions in six monitoring sites within the Agiabampo-Fuerte-Bacorehuis lagoon system using a multiparametric probe. The site proposed in this study is located in a marine terrestrial transition zone that directly receives runoff from a natural channel that also functions as an agricultural drain.
