Data and processing scripts for the article “The role of boundary mixing for diapycnal oxygen fluxes in a stratified marine system, Holtermann et al., Geophysical Research Letters, 2022"

This datasets contains optical density measurements of bacterial isolates originating from several marine and brackish systems and grown under different salinity concentrations in LB medium in order to estimate their niche breadth along the salinity gradient. This datasets makes part of a larger project, in which the impact of niche breadth on transcription patterns along a salinity gradient was investigated.
