This data set contains mandatory and significant level upper-air sounding data obtained from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration/Forecast Systems Laboratory (NOAA/FSL) Rawinsonde Database. Soundings from nine sounding sites within the ESOP-98 region during the period from 1 October 1997 to 31 May 1998. See the README for further information.
