Transcriptional profiling of fission yeast RNA polymerase II CTD mutants

This RNA-Seq analysis compares gene expression of the RNA polymerase II CTD-mutants contrasting to the WT RNA polymerase II CTD (with isogenic 3' selection marker) in the fission yeast S. pombe 8 test samples were analyzed, of which rpb1-CTD-T4A29 was previously submitted under GEO accession number GSE155609; 2 parental control samples (rpb1-CTD-WT29) were processed (each control set indicates which test samples were compared). Each sample has at least 3 replicate experiments. rpb1-CTD-WT18 [truncated CTD with 18 consensus repeats] has 4 replicates where two replicates processed were deposited under GEO accession no. GSE52370)
