Single Cell Low Pass Whole Genome Sequencing - Circulating Tumor Cell (CTC) in Metastatic Prostate Cancer

Identification of Epithelial and Mesenchymal CTCs in Clonal Lineage of an Aggressive Prostate Cancer Case. Four phenotypic subtypes of CTCs and other circulating rare cells were identified and sequenced from paired peripheral blood (PB) and bone marrow aspirate (BMA) samples of the case : epithelial-like CTC (epi.CTC), mesenchymal-like CTC (mes.CTC), platelet-coated epithelial-like CTC (pc.epi.CTC), platelet-coated mesenchymal-like CTC (pc.mes.CTC), and circulating rare cells with Vimentin expression only (Vim+ only cell).
