Demographic Topics and Employment Relationships

This dataset examines the interaction between demographic factors and types of employment relationships (i.e., underinvestment, quasi-spot contract, overinvestment, and mutual investment) at the municipal level, focusing on 5,505 Spanish municipalities. It includes key demographic variables such as urbanization (rural vs. urban) and population aging. These societal factors, along with employment relationships, contribute to the configuration of local human resource ecosystems, highlighting the connections between demographic characteristics and labor dynamics in local communities.
