Nordic hamstring exercise, muscle strength and postural balance
收藏资源简介:
The dataset consists of a spreadsheet with data from the test on 32 participants, divided into two groups:1. NHE group (n=16) - the procedure included 4 weeks of eccentric Nordic Hamstring Exercise training2. CON group (n=16) - control groupPostural balance control was assessed in three tests: (1) on a stable platform for both legs with eyes closed, (2) on an unstable platform for both legs, (3) for the dominant leg on an unstable platform at baseline, 4 weeks and after 8 weeks. Three indices were measured: anteroposterior stability index (APSI), mediolateral stability index (MLSI), and overall stability index (OSI) using the Biodex stability system. The concentric peak torque of the knee flexors and extensors was measured by a Biodex dynamometer at baseline, 4 weeks and after 8 weeks.
