Sepsis-induced acute lung injury was induced by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP). And the animals in BHGJ-H group recieved the pretreatment of BHGJD for seven days before CLP. To predict the possible mechanisms by which Baihe Gujin Decoction exists its protection against sepsis-induced acute lung injury, RNA sequencing was performed on samples from the model and BHGJ-H groups.
