资源简介:

This repository contains the data and model outputs from a study projecting the impacts of climate change on the global distribution of invasive grass assemblages (Poaceae). Ecological niche models were built for fifty invasive grass species using an ensemble approach that integrated four modeling algorithms and two General Circulation Models, under the SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5 emissions scenarios for 2050 and 2090. Species were classified by photosynthetic pathway (C3 and C4) to test whether this functional trait predicts differential range shifts under future climate conditions. The dataset includes current and future climatically suitable area projections, spatial block cross-validation partitions, extrapolation (MOP) analyses, and hotspot analyses characterizing shifts in the relative dominance of C3 versus C4 invasive grasses across temperate transition zones, a process the study describes as functional tropicalization of invasive grass assemblages.
