Oral Beta glucan administration supports anti tumor therapy

We studied oral administration of the beta-glucans yWGP and zymosan in support of adoptive T cell transfer for their putative effect on delaying the recurrence of mouse melanoma and counteracting the number of intra-tumoral suppressive myeloid cells. Moreover, we investigated changes in microbiota composition as a possible correlating factor to expected results.
