This dataset contains the complete analytical pipeline, results, and supplementary materials for a systematic mixed-methods analysis of strategic adaptation patterns among 135 Ukrainian higher education institution (HEI) experts during the ongoing war (2022-2025).
Key Findings:- Seven distinct institutional clusters (Silhouette coefficient = 0.955)- Three dominant strategic themes: Infrastructure Development (298 mentions), Educational Excellence (276 mentions), Societal Engagement (211 mentions)- Experience as primary predictor (55.8% feature importance)- High data quality: 97.21% response completeness, MCAR missing mechanism
