Simulation data and scripts for DEM simulation of stress- and orientation-dependent rock permeability

Data set- contains all the raw data required to replicate the plots in the main article; Codes- contains the codes which are needed to run a Darcy flow test on the DEM model. The codes for the generation of both isotropic model and the anisotropic model are also provided in this .zip file. Also enclosed is a ReadMe.txt file detailing the procedures for the simulations.
