To study the diversity of multiple wheat breeding materials, varieties and cultivars that we collected, we selected 16 typical genotypes that covered 11 Triticum and 5 Aegilops genus. The ploidy of all Aegilops genomes were diploid. Of the 11 Triticum genus, three of them were diploid, five of them were tetraploid and the left three were heteroploid. We sequenced their chloroplast genomes by MiSeq NGS in paired-ends manner for 250bp.
