资源简介:
Keloids are fibrotic skin diseases characterized by fibroblast hyperproliferation and excessive extracellular matrix deposition. Extensive evidence proves that the transforming growth factor beta (TGF-B) family is widely involved in the pathogenesis of keloid. However, the contribution of different TGF-B isoforms on the pathogenesis of keloid is not well known yet. Since fibroblasts play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of keloid, we aimed to investigate the effects of TGF-B1, TGF-B2, and TGF-B3 on fibroblasts. Primary fibroblasts from normal skin were stimulated with TGF-B1, TGF-B2, and TGF-B3, and total RNA was extracted for whole transcriptome analysis. The results provide a more comprehensive understanding of the role of the TGF-Bs in dermal fibroblast, which may have inestimable value for the treatment of keloids.
