Single-cell transcriptomic sampling of regenerating aged mouse hindlimb muscle

We report a series of single-cell transcriptomic datasets of regenerating mouse muscle tissue generated with the 10x Genomics Chromium platform. The overall objective of the study was to generate a high-resolution transcriptomic reference of the distinct cell populations in the mouse muscle at different timepoints after notexin-injury.我们报道了一系列采用10x Genomics Chromium平台生成的小鼠再生肌肉组织单细胞转录组数据集。本研究的整体目标为构建经诺替辛毒素（notexin）损伤后不同时间点下，小鼠肌肉组织内各类细胞群的高分辨率转录组参考图谱。
