Modeled primary productivity and air-to-sea CO2 flux in the Pacific Ocean using ROMS

We implemented a Regional Ocean Modeling System (ROMS) configuration encompassing the entire North Pacific Ocean (45°S-65°N, 99°E-70°W), with a horizontal resolution of 1/8° (~12.5 km) and 20 sigma layers. For the LGM simulation, both the atmospheric forcing and the initial and boundary conditions were derived from the climatological output of the Community Earth System Model (CESM) (Thirumalai et al. 2024). The result is a annual mean.The unit for IPP is mg C m-2 d-1 and for air-to-sea CO2 flux is mmol C m-2 d-1.
