Traffic Impact Fee (TIF) Districts

Traffic Impact Fee districts are established by the traffic impact fee program to ensure that adequate transportation facilities are in place to serve development and to ensure new development pays a proportionate share of the costs of new facilities needed to serve growth. They also ensure that developments paying fees will receive the benefit from new facilities. TIFS only cover unincorporated Clark County and the City of Vancouver.
