The aim of this study is to perform a comprehensive analysis of the whole genome sequence of a strain suspected to be a novel species of Lacrimispora, isolated from human blood. This analysis seeks to elucidate the genetic characteristics of the strain and evaluate its genetic similarities and differences with known Lacrimispora species. The resulting genomic data will be submitted to NCBI, providing a valuable resource for the academic community and contributing information for future research, diagnostics, and therapeutic approaches related to this bacterial species.
