Transcriptomics and genetic characterization of Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) have increased the understanding of the pathogenesis of the disease and provided potential novel therapeutic targets. This dataset collects transcriptomic and methylation assays for 168 DLBCL tissue samples. Overall design: RNA and DNA methylation profiles of DLBCL tissue samples were generated by Illumina sequencing The logCPM_Normalized_human_PDX.csv includes primary and early passage PDX data, normalized together with the additional 20 intermediate passage samples (GSM8113583-GSM8113602).
