Session-by-session longitudinal dataset of autonomic HRV, SCR and psychological measures during Somatic Experiencing therapy in a patient with suicidal ideation, Brazil, 2024–2025

This dataset contains longitudinal psychophysiological and psychometric data from a 34-year-old male with chronic suicidal ideation and trauma-related symptoms. Data were collected across three assessment points (A1–A3), including an extended baseline, a ≥30-day treatment-as-usual phase with amitriptyline (25 mg), and a ten-session Somatic Experiencing®-based intervention. Measures include suicidal ideation (BSI, FSII-Br-m), additional clinical scales (e.g., PCL-5, DASS-21, DES-II), and autonomic indices: heart rate variability (RMSSD, ms) and skin conductance response (SCR, µS), processed using standard procedures (e.g., Kubios HRV).Data are organized in tabular format, with rows representing sessions and columns including date, session label (A1–A3, S1–S10), physiological variables, and psychometric scores. Temporal resolution is session-based with irregular intervals, reflecting real-world clinical conditions, and all data were collected in Brazil. Missing data are minimal and coded as such; no imputation was performed. Files are provided in .xlsx/.csv formats, compatible with common statistical software. All data are anonymized.
