Effect of repeated optogenetic stimulation on gene expression in the mouse dentate gyrus [RNA-seq]

To investigate the effect of repeated neural overactivation in the transcriptome of dentate gyrus neurons, we optogenetically stimulated mouse dentate gyrus repeatedly. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of mice in four different stimulation conditions and no stimulation condition. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for mouse dentate gyrus neurons in five differnet conditions (No Stimulation, Stimx3+24hrs, Stimx3+2wks, Stimx10+24hrs, and Stimx10+2wks).
