Complete Non-Singular Cosmology in Twistor-EBIKK-β Theory: Quantum Bounce, Inflation, and Late-Time Evolution

We present a comprehensive cosmological framework within TwistorEntropic-Born-Infeld-Kaluza-Klein gravity with β-regularization (TwistorEBIKK-β). The model simultaneously resolves the initial singularity through a quantum bounce, generates observationally viable inflation, and predicts distinctive late-time signatures. Key results include: (1) a minimum universe radius rmin = (β1/4 + κ1/2) lP from twistor geometry, (2)modified slow-roll parameters ϵ = ϵGR(1 − βV 2/2), and (3) resolutionof the Hubble tension via ∆H0 ≈ 0.58κ1/2 km/s/Mpc. All cosmologicalphases emerge naturally from the unified action without ad hoc assumptions.
