We performed RNA-sequencing on erythroid cell lines treated with DMSO or JQ1. We found that JQ1 induces erythropoiesis and specifically upregulated fetal and embryonic globin genes at the beta globin locus. Overall design: RNA was extracted from cultured cells treated with JQ1 or DMSO (control) collected at day 3 and submitted for deep sequencing
