To elucidate the transcriptional landscape during drought recovery we sequenced a fine-scale time-course of drought recovering plants. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 9 time points from drought to 48 hour recovery, with a well-watered control for each time-point. For sterile stress-on-plates experiments, Col-0 seeds were sterilized and seeded on plates. Plates were kept in the dark at 4C for three days. After three days plates were moved to a growth chamber with short-day photoperiod light and 22 °C temperature. Samples are on 50% Low Water (LW) content for moderate stress, and 25% LW content for severe stress, each time point had a 100% LW content sample as control.
