Intraskeletal Cortical Bone Quantity Data for Pieve di Pava, Tuscany, IT

This dataset is a subset of a larger dataset, collected, curated, and maintained by Katherine Kinkopf as part of their dissertation. Within the data published here, Kinkopf collected the femur and metacarpal data and wrote the code for the HCA analysis. Trent Trombley wrote the code for the Intraskeletal analysis and PCA. Jeffrey Seckinger processed and measured the rib data. Karena Jostes was an undergraduate who assisted with the collection of the metacarpal data.
