CancerTSP is a specialized web-based platform designed for the stage prediction and analysis of Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma (PTC) using RNA expression data. It leverages RNA-Seq FPKM values to provide critical insights into the status of tissue samples, helping to distinguish between cancerous and normal tissues, as well as early and late stages of cancer. About the Platform Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma (PTC) is the most common type of thyroid cancer. Determining the stage of a tumor is essential for selecting the appropriate treatment strategy. CancerTSP provides a centralized repository of tools to analyze genomic data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and predict the pathological state of PTC samples based on signature RNA transcripts. The platform utilizes: Genomic Data: RNA-Seq FPKM values from TCGA-THCA datasets. Signature Transcripts: Specifically identified sets of mRNAs and RNA transcripts that serve as biomarkers for cancer progression.
