RNA-seq analysis of tissues from E12 Tmem216+/+ and Tmem216-/- embryos were performed to identify the mechanism underlying TMEM216 affecting ciliogenesis. After quantified by TBS380, paired-end RNA-seq sequencing library was sequenced with the Illumina HiSeq xten. Our results demonstrate that TMEM216 deficiency impairs Hh signaling pathway of mice. mRNA profiles of E12 Tmem216+/+ and Tmem216-/- embryos
