Environmental DNA sample from T/S Oshoro maru 2023 Arctic Cruise / C145

Surface seawater was routinely collected by the ship-equipped pump once a day from the seas around Japan to the Bering Sea.
Surface and bottom waters were collected using Niskin bottles mounted on the CTD/Carousel Water Sampling System in the Arctic Sea and Bering Sea.
The collected water was filtered using 0.45 micro-m cartridge filters (Sterivex HV) or 5 micro-m syringe filters (Minisart).
