Environmental DNA sample from T/S Oshoro maru 2023 Arctic Cruise / C145

Surface seawater was routinely collected by the ship-equipped pump once a day from the seas around Japan to the Bering Sea. Surface and bottom waters were collected using Niskin bottles mounted on the CTD/Carousel Water Sampling System in the Arctic Sea and Bering Sea. The collected water was filtered using 0.45 micro-m cartridge filters (Sterivex HV) or 5 micro-m syringe filters (Minisart).研究人员每日借助船载泵系统，于日本周边至白令海的海域范围内常规采集表层海水样本。 在北极海与白令海海域，研究人员使用安装于CTD/旋转式采水系统（CTD/Carousel Water Sampling System）上的尼斯金采水器（Niskin bottles）采集表层与底层海水样本。 所采集的海水样本经0.45微米囊式过滤器（Sterivex HV）或5微米注射器式过滤器（Minisart）完成过滤处理。
