While maintaining similar brain average synchronization levels (S), the Alzheimer group consistently shows a significantly shorter corrected path length (λ) that controls and similar cluster coefficient (γ) regardless of the registration procedure (Ss – standard space; Ms – midspace) and the inclusion of cerebellar regions (#ROIs 116 – including cerebellum; #ROIs 90 – excluding cerebellum). All small-world parameters were calculated at K = 10 and synchronization threshold T = 0.05.
