Sequencing data for "Mapping drug metabolism by the human gut microbiome using personalized microbial communities"

This data includes 16S rDNA sequencing of fecal samples and the personalized ex vivo microbial communities grown from the fecal samples in different media. It includes metagenomic and metatranscriptomic sequencing data from a pilot fecal donor sample. It also includes metagenomic sequencing of a subset of a metagenomic clone library constructed from the pilot fecal donor sample.
