We used a mesocosm experiment to compare the impacts of a synthetic fungicide (fosetyl-Al and propamocarb-hydrochloride) and a biopesticide (concentrate of Clonostachys rosea f. catenulata - formerly Gliocladium catenulatum) on the diversity, the taxonomic and functional composition, and co-occurrence patterns of soil bacterial, fungal, and protist communities characterised by amplicon sequence variant of soil DNA metabarcoding.
