Chromosome Conformation Capture (Hi-C) sequencing of Chionographis japonica

This study aims for a broader knowledge about the organization and diversity of the independently evolved holocentromeres and their interplay with the large-scale genome architecture and chromatin composition, we resolved the centromere and (epi)genome organization of the plant Chionographis japonica. Hi-C sequencing libraries were generated from in vitro root cultures of Chionographis japonica.
