Feasibility of Electronic Health Information and Surveillance System (eHISS) for disease symptom monitoring: A Case of Rural Ghana

This dataset is a research conducted in a rural district of Ghana, involving caregivers of children under-five. The study ended in 2016. The study employed the use of a mobile phone-based electronic health information and surveillance system (eHISS) for monitoring disease disease symptoms of children under-five. The dataset contained information on the sociodemographic characteristics of the study participants, symptom data (including fever, cough, diarrhoea, etc) and follow-up data (obtained from health records).<br>
