SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL IMPORTANCE OF NUTRITIONAL MINERALS' EFFECTS ON MILK PRODUCTIVITY OF DAIRY CATTLE IN THE SAMARKAND REGION

This article analyzes the impact of nutritional mineral deficiencies in the diet of cows on milk production and quality indicators based on a review of the literature. The influence of soil and climatic conditions, feed base, and the level of mineral elements in water on the productivity of cattle in the Samarkand region was studied based on scientific sources. The role of minerals in the body of cattle, the consequences of their deficiency, and the practical effectiveness of enriching the diet were analyzed.
