Spatially aggregated (10 m) UAS multispectral reflectance over a managed broadleaved forest, Sailershausen, Germany coregistered to Sentinel-2, May–October 2023
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains uncrewed aerial system (UAS) multispectral reflectance products acquired over a 300 ha managed broadleaved forest near Sailershausen (Haßfurt, Bavaria, Germany) during the 2023 growing season. The imagery was collected with a MicaSense Altum sensor mounted on a fixed-wing WingtraOne Gen II platform across eleven acquisition dates between May and October 2023, and covers the blue, green, red, red-edge, and near-infrared bands. To enable comparison with Copernicus Sentinel-2 surface reflectance, the original centimetre-scale orthomosaics (~5 cm ground sampling distance) were spatially aggregated to the 10 m Sentinel-2 pixel grid. For each grid cell, several statistics were derived from the underlying UAS pixels such as: mean, median, mode, the 5th and 95th percentiles, and the root mean square providing alternative aggregation measures for cross-platform analysis. The aggregated products were then coregistered to the temporally nearest Sentinel-2 scene using the AROSICS framework. Files are provided as GeoTIFFs in EPSG:32632 (WGS 84 / UTM zone 32N), with the acquisition date encoded as the prefix of each filename. Twelve vegetation indices are pre-computed and included alongside the reflectance bands: NDVI, NDVIRe, GNDVI, NDRE, REGNDVI, GBNDI, EVI, NLI, OSAVI, MSR, SR1, and SR2.
