Big-Game Habitat Priority Areas - Related to Secretarial Order 3362

U.S. Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke signed Secretarial Order 3362, on February 9, 2018, to improve habitat quality in winter range and migration corridors for antelope, elk, and mule deer. SO3362 directs the Department of the Interior (DOI) to work in close partnerships with the western states to enhance and improve the quality of big-game winter range and migration corridor habitat and expand opportunities for big-game hunting by improving priority habitats. Montana MFWP has identified five priority areas for big-game winter range and migration corridors.
