Soil slurry experiment with hydrogen peroxide treatment

The following 16S rRNA sequence data is for analysis of the Nitrososphaerota microbiomes in the ammonia-oxidizing archaea(AOA) enrichment of soil slurry samples treated with different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide. For more detail about the description, please check the publication. We treated different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide in bulk soil enrichment to test for the selection of Mn catalase-containing AOA. We used pepper bulk soil samples as inoculum for soil slurry enrichment. After 21 days, We extracted DNA from all soil slurry enrichment simultaneously.
