To investigate the role of YY1 in ESCC, we established shYY1 ESCC cell lines in which target gene has been knocked down by shRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of shNC and shYY1 cells. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq after interferring the expression of YY1.
