Replication Dataset for the Study on Technical Debt in GenAI-Enabled Software Projects

This dataset supports a research study investigating technical debt in GenAI-enabled software projects. It includes the final taxonomy comprising main categories, first- and second-level sub-categories, and illustrative technical debt symptoms. The dataset also provides participant demographics (N=18), project-related information, company-level details, and participants’ self-reported technical debt awareness levels. Certain sensitive information has been intentionally omitted to preserve participant confidentiality.
