Up-scaling processes and protocolos of the scale-up of CO2-based cyclic-carbonates production

CO2SMOS Project’s Task 4.3 is focused on the validation and scale-up by Avantium of the CO2 chemical conversion into cyclic carbonates, developed by Funditec at small scale within WP3. This entry compiles the relevant disclosable data generated in the framework of this task. Characteristics and synthesis protocols of Funditec’s catalyst and certain reaction conditions are confidential and consequently they are not included in the present document. Two datasets are reported. · “Dataset_up-scaling carbonates”.docx file reports information about the up-scaling processes and protocols as well as the chromatographic data used to calculate the yields, and the conversions of the carbonates to be scaled. · “Dataset_up-scaling carbonates”.xlsx file reports the evolving conditions for the three reactions at different times
