Caroli Genome Project

The Caroli mouse is a wild derived highly divergent mouse strain that carries within its genome important variation for genetic screens in the mouse. In this project we will sequence the Caroli genome. We strongly encourage researchers to contact us if there is any queries about referencing or publishing analysis based on pre-publication data.
