Quantities are shown by HS code for the food commodities (i.e. HS codes 1-24). HS codes 25-97 are non-food commodities. Note that the U.S. exports an order of magnitude more cereals and oil seed crops than does China, but that China exports an order of magnitude more in other food categories, such as beverages, spirits, and vinegar (with a high mass). Total values are shown for both food and non-food exports.
