Image Datasets for Jackfruit Plant Leaf Disease

The Jackfruit Leaf Disease Dataset features 1,843 images collected from the jackfruit-growing areas of Gouripur and Shahpur in Comilla, Bangladesh. The images are categorized into six classes: five common diseases Anthracnose, Phyllosticta, Algal Leaf Spot, Leaf Spot, and Sooty Mold and one class for healthy leaves. Leaves were handpicked from natural gardens and photographed using two smartphones under varied lighting to ensure diversity. Images were cleaned, resized, and filtered for quality. This dataset can help farmers detect diseases early, apply treatments more precisely, and monitor healthy crops. It supports smarter farming with fewer chemicals and better resource use.
