Fungal species tree

A set of alignment and tree files of the fungal phylogeny using publicly available fungal genomes. Files were generated using a concatenated set of 238 single copy orthologs detected using the BUSCO ancestral sequences for fungi and the genblastg tool. Alignments were built using mafft and trees constructed using FastTree2. The Astral2 program was used to create a coalescent species tree to compare to the concatenated gene tree.
