Data and code to reproduce Dallas, Park, and Drake "Predicting cryptic links in host-parasite networks"

This repository contains code and data to reproduce the analyses and create figures from: <br>Dallas, T, AW Park, and JM Drake. 2017. "Predicting cryptic links in host-parasite networks".
